It is amazing. seriously. I love it.
Now just a few tips. It really doesn't matter in my opinion what type of cheese you use. I have done it a few different ways. The key is the chutney. DELICIOUS! It is really good for leftovers on rice too...highly recommend the nectarine chutney. yum.

I love me some grilled cheese. BUT, I'm too picky to eat a sandwich like that. I'm more of a Kraft Single on white bread kind of girl. That sandwich looks delicious though.
